The Role
Are you mission-driven, hard-working, and resourceful?  Do you love great coffee, doing things that have never been done before, and just getting things done?  Do you like to win?  Kuju Coffee might be the place for you.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop Kuju Coffee's wholesale business as an industry pioneer in the emerging pour over category
  • Lead and manage a network of brokers and partners to grow top-line sales in target regions
  • Build and manage ongoing pipeline to close sales directly or via broker partners using email, phone, field rides, and other sales tactics
  • Provide ongoing customer insights to Kuju HQ to inform broader strategic business decisions
  • Partake in other duties as assigned 

Requirements/Competencies

  • Driven, self-starter, disciplined, pro-active, problem solver, goal-driven
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, able to manage live pipeline; experience working with brokers strongly preferred
  • Proficient with CRM, MS Office Suite, Keynote
  • ~5 years of sales experience, ideally in the natural, specialty CPG space in coffee, tea, or similar category

Compensation

Dependent on experience: Base + Commission, Health & Benefits
