Driven by a strong sense of mission, Kuju ethically sources from a family farm in Thailand that employs over 80 former victims of sex-trafficking; donates 1% of all sales to the National Park Foundation; and uniquely packs all of its product in 100% wind-powered facilities.

The Position: Wholesale Sales Manager – Grow Kuju’s independent wholesale business nationwide.


  • Grow and develop Kuju Coffee’s independent wholesale business
  • Execute sales prospecting, pipeline development, and lead management activities to identify, qualify, and close independent wholesale opportunities via email, phone and other sales tactics
  • Manage relationships with key independent retailers to grow the accounts
  • Provide ongoing customer feedback to Kuju Team to inform broader business decisions
  • Partake in tradeshows; other duties as assigned.


  • Driven, self-starter, self-motivated
  • Persistent problem solver, goal-driven
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Proficient with CRM, MS Office Suite, Keynote
  • Strong communication, persuasion skills, able to ID warm leads and pursue to a close
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the CPG / coffee / tea space

Primarily remote; based in the Los Angeles area

Compensation: Competitive for similar positions – base pay, bonus based on meeting company goals, equity.
