You will also serve as a point of contact for confirming order receipts, addressing vendor partner inquiries, and collaborating directly with the General Manager to troubleshoot issues. Will collaborate with Kuju operations & accounting team.

Kuju serves customers ranging from local independents to national retailers such as REI, Walmart, and Bass Pro Shops. Rigorous attention to detail and proactive communication in our supply chain are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Inventory Reconciliation: Cross-check and reconcile physical stock levels across all distribution centers, co-packers, and warehouses against Cin7 Core to eliminate discrepancies.

  • Safety Stock & Replenishment: Monitor safety stock levels weekly against remaining unallocated inventory to ensure replenishment flows uninterrupted.

  • 24-Hour System Alignment: Ensure all physical stock movements, item locations, and stock counts are reconciled in Cin7 Core within 24 hours.

2. Order Flow Monitoring

  • Daily Order Tracking: Monitor the daily status of all customer orders throughout fulfillment to ensure seamless execution.

  • Order Execution Documents: Generate, verify, and dispatch Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and customer invoices accurately for every shipment.

  • Retail Routing Guide Compliance: Review, monitor, and enforce retailer-specific routing guides (e.g., REI, Walmart) to ensure correct carrier selection, packaging, labeling, and ASN protocols, preventing retail chargebacks and shipping delays.

  • Cin7 System Maintenance: Keep Cin7 Core updated in real-time (and strictly within 24 hours) regarding order statuses, fulfillment progress, and shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists).

3. Communications & Operational Support

  • Inbound Order Receipts: Confirm receipt of inbound orders and serve as the primary contact for order execution and intake.

  • Vendor & Supply Chain Relations: Handle day-to-day inquiries, clarifications, and errors with supply chain partners, suppliers, packaging vendors, and freight carriers.

  • GM Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Work closely with the General Manager to flag disruptions early, troubleshoot supply chain issues as needed, and provide operational support across the business.

  • Core Competency: 3–6+ years managing EDI order flows & retailer routing guides (e.g., REI, Walmart, Target, UNFI)—including reading, interpreting, and enforcing vendor guidelines (e.g., pallet specs, shipping labels, carrier rules) for 3PLs and carriers.

  • Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Cin7 Core, NetSuite, or similar), 3PLs, BOLs, executing automated ASNs, inventory reconciliations, and invoicing. Include in application email code: A8K92M4X7Q1P. We want someone who cares about details. (Cin7 experience preferred, but deep EDI/Retail compliance background is primary).
